We had an amazing stay in this city! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities offered. Plus, the hotel’s location down the hill and close to the city center was very convenient. We also appreciated how easy it was to find transportation options and parking nearby.

Great location; just 4-5 minutes walk to the Caldea spa and Andorra main street shopping and restaurants. Clean hotel for a bargain price.

The room we stayed in was tiny and not particularly well equipped, but for the price we did not complain. Local parking is pricey (€15 for 24 hours in the nearby overground car park - and this was out of season!). The only cheaper alternative was on-road parking, but this was only free between 6PM and 8AM, and we didn't fancy getting up early to move the car!

Generally not comfortable - the room was small with no view and not good value for money. No kettle facilities in the room. The normal seems to be twin beds, not double bed. The bath was also very small and the key card had to be changed twice because it didn´t work. If you don´t book breakfast in advance it´s difficult to get it.

Great location close to many attractions and shopping areas. The hotel had a decent breakfast buffet with a nice variety of food options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room we were given had an unpleasant smell and was not clean. The bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation. The towels provided were thin and worn out. The wifi was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms. we were disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, being close to the centre and within walking distance of popular attractions like Caldea and the main shopping road. Secondly, the room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like a TV and a bathroom with a bath. Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including pastries, meats, yoghurt, and more. The hotel definitely offers good value for money.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a short walk to the city center and the spa. I particularly enjoyed the nice view from my room on the 7th floor.
